In this fully guided program you will be coached through the core mindfulness practices, drawn from thousands of years' old traditions.
This program is ideal for beginners wanting to establish a regular mindfulness practice, or lapsed meditators wanting to re-establish an authentic practice.

The guided meditations are taught in a non-religious way and you will be sitting on chairs (unless you are more comfortable sitting on the ground and bringing your own mindfulness cushion, stool or mat).
You will learn:

An overview of the main types of mindfulness practice, and their applications

The foundational Focussed Attention practice for calming the mind

An advanced Open Awareness practice for gaining insight into the workings of your mind and managing it more effectively
