This program shares evidence-based techniques from modern pain science, the Integrative Pain Science Institute's Mindfulness-Based Pain Relief Program, the behaviour therapy ACT, and foundational mindfulness techniques to manage pain, reduce flare ups and focus on the life you want to live.
